Bryllyant Console

Bryllyant Console License Agreement

Effective October 8, 2026

This agreement covers Bryllyant Console, software that Bryllyant, Inc. ("Bryllyant", "we") built and uses to run its own business. By connecting a QuickBooks Online company to Bryllyant Console, or by using it, you agree to this agreement.

1. What Bryllyant Console is

Bryllyant Console connects Bryllyant's own QuickBooks Online company to the systems Bryllyant uses to manage its business, through Intuit's accounting API. It reads Bryllyant's books. When an authorized Bryllyant officer asks, it also records, corrects, voids, or deletes transactions and list entries, such as clients and vendors, attaches files, and emails forms such as invoices through QuickBooks. It isn't sold, licensed, or offered to anyone outside Bryllyant.

2. Who may use it

Only Bryllyant and the people Bryllyant authorizes may use Bryllyant Console, and only with Bryllyant's own QuickBooks company. By connecting a QuickBooks company, you confirm that you're authorized to act for Bryllyant and that the company is Bryllyant's. Bryllyant Console checks the QuickBooks company's legal name before it acts, and refuses any other company.

3. License

Bryllyant grants the people it authorizes a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use Bryllyant Console for Bryllyant's internal business purposes. Bryllyant keeps all rights in the software. You may not copy, sell, sublicense, or distribute it, use it with anyone else's QuickBooks company, or use it in a way that breaks the law or Intuit's terms.

4. QuickBooks and Intuit

QuickBooks is a product of Intuit Inc. Bryllyant Console isn't made, endorsed, or supported by Intuit, and your use of QuickBooks stays governed by Intuit's own terms.

Bryllyant Console asks Intuit only for access to the accounting data. It doesn't use QuickBooks Payments, so it can't charge a card or move money: recording a payment in QuickBooks only records one made elsewhere.

5. Your information

The Bryllyant Console Privacy Policy explains what Bryllyant Console reads from QuickBooks, how Bryllyant uses and protects it, and who else handles it.

6. Disconnecting

You can disconnect Bryllyant Console at any time from QuickBooks' list of connected apps, and Bryllyant can revoke the connection from Bryllyant Console. Either way, Bryllyant Console's access to the QuickBooks company ends.

7. No warranty

Bryllyant Console is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Bryllyant isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from the use of Bryllyant Console.

9. Ending this agreement

Bryllyant may end anyone's use of Bryllyant Console at any time. This agreement ends for a QuickBooks company when its connection ends. Sections 7, 8, and 10 survive.

10. Governing law

The laws of the State of Delaware govern this agreement, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

11. Changes and contact

We may change this agreement. The effective date above shows when it last changed, and the current version is always at https://bryllyant.com/console/terms/. Questions go to legal@bryllyant.com.
